In "4 Little Angels", Dani, a young geriatrics assistant, is assigned to care for Marisa, an elderly woman in her last hours. Taking advantage of the situation, he decides to snoop around her room and steals a ring while putting makeup on the woman with a strange smile. However, when he discovers a rag doll with pins and a human tooth in a secret box, terror begins to stalk him. The old woman wakes up and, with a fixed gaze, recites a prayer that leads Dani to a horrifying outcome, facing a supernatural and terrifying presence: the four little angels.
