La guinda del pastel

In June 2023, Eric de Cima and Marta Jiménez performed the first base jump in history from the Torreón de Galayos in the Sierra de Gredos. These two paragliders have made the ascent to the exit to jump along the mythical Teógenes route. This was the first route by which the Torreón de Galayos was climbed for the first time in 1933 by the mountaineers Teógenes Díaz and Ricardo Rubio.
