A street violinist prepares to play in his usual corner as he does every day to earn a living. His clothes are patched, the violin case worn out. The music begins to play, performed with great skill. A girl, attracted by the music, stops to listen. He enjoys the melody and his body begins to move. At first timidly, but gradually he relaxes, abandons himself and lets himself be guided by the rhythm of the violin. The young woman attracts all the attention of the musician, who dances as if the melody sounded only for her. The beautiful spectacle they offer hides a dream; a broken dream that refuses to die. Since she was little she wanted to be a great dancer, like her idols, but she had to run away, leaving behind her dancing shoes. For the violinist the stages have been left behind; Now he must make a living busking. In the present, in the meeting, nothing matters, only the music, only the dance, only what they one day dreamed of being. For a moment they have lived their lives again.
