A man waits for a taxi in front of the Barcelona Zoo. During the ride home, the man, a veterinarian at the Barcelona Zoo who is on duty because he has two animals about to give birth (Juan Diego), and the taxi driver (Andrés Herrera), talk while listening to a late-night radio talk show in which a skin talks about his addiction to violence. At the end of the journey, chance intersects the paths of the veterinarian, the skin and the animals about to give birth in an unexpected, almost magical outcome.
