Ángel wakes up, already drinking, in his disastrous apartment dealing with the aftermath of his tragic car accident, the memory of his sister Eli's death, and the divorce. When he receives a surprise visit from his brother José, he tries to put on the best possible appearance to continue receiving the pension check that his family passes him. However, José brings some news that our protagonist is not willing to accept.
